Staffing team will consider mails as search criteria, for their vendors requirements, team will login into portal by clicking the mail link to get full requirement. Once team received the full requirement, staffing resource fetch the profiles from jobportal database and post the jobs in job portal for getting more profiles.
Finally, staffing team download the resumes and call to the candidate to find their interest and genunity of the profiles. For this requirement we need 4 bots to automate end to end process.
